Orders for delivery overseas sometimes attract duty imposed by the destination country. JIV Sport has no control over any such imposition.
Customs forms for all international packages list the value of the contents as well as a description of the items. Any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country must be borne by you. Your local customs office will be able to provide further information.
All orders will be dispatched from us by Estonia Post, DHL, Smartpost, Fedex ensuring the quick and efficient delivery of your order.
The following terms & conditions apply to all transactions on JIV online. All prices are shown in USD; EUR or GBP. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before you place an order.
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled, you will be given a full refund.
Delivery charges are calculated on the total value of the items on order and delivery address. We aim, subject to stock availability to deliver all orders within 10 days of ordering (slightly longer when ordering from overseas). You will be advised of any delay.
Payment can be made by any major debit or credit card. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your order. We will take all care within our power to keep your order and payment details secure.
In the unlikely event that your goods are lost or arrive damaged, please notify us as soon as possible.
JIV Sport is a virtual shop and can be accessed 24 hours a day. Purchases can be made online using credit and debit cards or by contacting us by telephone or email.
Browse the items in our online selection by category. View selected new products and limited editions. If you are searching for a gift browse our special occasions selection. Or if you are just looking for a bargain why not browse our current promotions. When you have located the item you wish to purchase simply enter the required quantity in the quantity box and continue browsing the site.
You can see which items you have selected at any stage by clicking on the `Cart’ button in the top left hand corner. Here you are able to make changes to the contents of the shopping basket by changing the quantity boxes or even add giftwrap to individual items.
You can change the currency from top right to € $ £.
Once all the items you wish to purchase are in the shopping basket you should click on the ‘Checkout’ button. You will be requested to enter some delivery and credit card information and finally asked to confirm your order.
We accept all major credit cards as payment. Once you have completed your order, the total cost of the items, including VAT if applicable, and the cost of delivery will be displayed.
We offer free shipping from 300€ (excluding all SALE items). All orders will be dispatched from Estonia. Ensuring the quick and efficient delivery of your order. Please note that your credit/debit card account will be debited with the cost of your purchase at point of purchase and before dispatch. You will receive email confirmation acknowledging your order and confirming dispatch details. Should you not receive your goods within 30 days from placing the order, please contact us. Should there be a problem with your order, e.g. availability, we will contact you by email, telephone or at a specified contact address.
Value Added Tax is charged on most goods and services sold within the European Union. VAT, currently 20 % is included in product prices displayed on the Web site.
Our export price list gives prices after deduction of Value Added Tax for use when goods are destined for outside the European Union.
Return policy
Our return policy excludes all SALE items. If you’d like to know if you’re eligible for a return please get in touch.
At JIV Sport we offer a refund scheme allowing you a total of 14 days refund or exchange for any product that you wish to return within 14 days of you receiving your order.
Returned goods must be unused, and supplied with their original, undamaged packaging. Please take care when opening and leave labels attached. For reasons of hygiene leotards can only be returned in accordance with your legal rights, or if packaging is unopened or any seal remain intact.
Alternatively you can enclose a copy of your invoice. If you no longer have the purchase invoice number then we will be able to find your record from an approximate date of purchase and your address at the time you bought the item.
Products purchased during the Christmas period enjoy an extended refund timescale to allow time for orders to be exchanged or refunded following the Christmas break. All items purchased between November the 21st and December the 24th can be returned up until January the 24th.
Please get in touch with us if you’d like to return an item.
If you find a fault has occurred with a product please return the item well packaged and including a covering note detailing the fault with the items and your name, address and purchase invoice number. If you no longer have the purchase invoice number then we will be able to locate you record from an approximate date of purchase and your address at the time you bought the item. From 2024 JIV will add return label to your purchase in case you may need to use it. We assess all faults. You will be kept informed during this process.
