How do I cancel my order?

Depending on the status of your order, we may be able to cancel it. Please email or whatsapp us immediately if you’d like to cancel your order.

Can I exchange my order?

We do offer exchanges.If the product remains unused and with its tags, you’re welcome to ship it back using the return label added to your parcel. You have 14 days to do so, since the day you received your order. Please get in touch with us if you’d wish to exchange your order.

I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

Once your order has been completed, the order ships almost immediately. If your order is still processing we may be able to add items. Please get in touch with us if you wish to do so, or just place a new order.

Can I make a change to my billing or shipping address before my package ships?

If your order is still processing you may change this info. Please get in touch with us to do so.

Your refund will be processed 24h after receiving the returned product according to our terms and conditions.

The style/size/color I want is out of stock. When will you be restocking?

Since we are slow fashion we do our best not to over produce. All products that are out of stock will be restocked within 2 months.

I am between sizes, what size do you recommend?

For ultimate comfort we recommend sizing up.

How long is processing time for backordered items?

The estimated delivery time for backordered items varies. We will get in touch with you to give you an ETA. If nobody got in touch with you please email jiv@jivsport.com
